CE certification
Since
the 16th of June 1998 the Recreational Craft Directions have
become of effect. For all craft’s between 2.5 and 24 meters of
length, who have been placed on the EU market since that date,
CE marking is required. For the international CEproof, we
exclusively are carrying out the consultancy in The Netherlands,
Belgium and Luxemburg. Also outside these countries we are
active. As a consultant we are the advisors for our
commissioners, like shipyards and companies who are importing
boats from outside the EU. Among others, we generate the
Technical Construction File, The Owners manual, generate the
Declaration of Conformity and look after the communication with
Notified Bodies for certification. In our function as consultant
we can, next to inspection of the crafts also give advises when
non- conformities have to been solved. Which crafts are exempted
